Regional Environmental Planning Program (REPP)
Innovative Land Use Planning Techniques Guide
To address the need for guidance and technical
assistance on Innovative Land Use Controls authorized by RSA 674:21,
the New Hampshire Regional Environmental Planning Program (REPP)
is producing a guide with model ordinances and regulations on a
number of innovative land use techniques.
The Regional Environmental Planning Program was created within the
Department of Environmental Services in recognition of the value
of regional planning commissions in addressing environmental issues
in New Hampshire. The ILU Guide has been created as a result of
this partnership. Outreach and implementation for the model ordinances
and regulations is the next phase of REPP. Download a flip book (pdf) inteneded to serve as an introduction to the ILU Guide.
The list below is a complete list of topics to be addressed in the
guide. Links are provided for chapters in final draft form for use
in New Hampshire, also available on the REPP
website. Please note that chapter layout and graphics may not be complete.
